Timesheet 

The timesheet screen enables those growers who wish to track all activities and costs back to block or patch. This will enable accurate cost of production reports down to variety and block level. 

While the program has specific screens to record activities such as chemical applications, harvest, pruning etc. the timesheet screen allows all other activities to be tracked. 

Create your own list of activities to be tracked and then simply record from the timesheets the details of :

• Employee
• Activity
• Block
• Time taken
• Hourly rate (automatic default)

Once this information has been recorded in GrowData, there is no need to go through the timesheets again to prepare payroll. Simply produce a GrowData report which will provide all the relevant payroll details on each employee. This data can even be automatically uploaded into most payroll programs.

While tracking costs to this level may not be required by our clients with smaller properties, there are many of our growers with larger holdings who need to be able to define their cost of production to this level of accuracy.
