The production screen allows you
to easily record your harvest at block/variety level. With our easy
to use data entry screen you can record:
- Individual pickers tallies
(prepare a report for payroll)
- Mechanical harvest costs
- Tonnage harvested
- Customer
- Baume
- Colour
- Freight docket
There is even a module which
allows you to enter the contract details from purchasing wineries.
(For each variety, the base price + colour & baume bonus/penalties).
You can then link your blocks to the contracted winery. Enter your
projected tonnage and month of harvest to give you projected
monthly cash flows. When tonnage, baume & colour details are recorded
against a block the income is calculated and the actuals compared
against projected income.
Comprehensive reports
are generated from this information which includes:
- Reports by block or variety
- The tonnes harvested
- The cost
- Tonnes per hectare
- Cost per hectare
- Cost per tonne
- Kg’s per vine.
Other related harvest costs
such as freight, etc can also be included in this report if required.
