Support can be delivered via the telephone, email or web conferencing.

After the first 12 months an optional low cost annual Support and Upgrades Contract is available.

Training for all GrowData products is unlimited for the first 12 months. Training is delivered via a web conferencing facility (at our cost) .

Web conferencing allows our trainer to view your screens and step you through the process of setting up GrowData to suit the way you run your property. We also teach you how to use each of the data entry screens  and step you through the huge range of reports at your disposal.

All you have to do is book a time that suits you and we will do the rest.

We also use this web conferencing facility to demonstrate the program to potential purchasers of our products.
