Inventory management is a critical area for audit compliance and GrowData’s system is simple to manage and provides excellent reports containing the information you need.

These are the main functions:

• Record your mstock take
• Record the date of the stock take
• All entries recorded after the stock take date (either folia, fertigation or dry application) are automatically deducted from stock
• All purchases ade after the stock take date are added to inventory

Reports include:

• Current stock position
• Summary of each chemicals use and purchases during stock take period
• Individual chemical history in detail

The detailed report can be very handy if a discrepancy is detected. It lists every record where the chemical was used including the record number and date. It also includes every purchase including the quantity and date.

Reports for all previous stock take periods are also available.

If you have multiple chemical sheds on your property, a special module is available to track on a shed by shed basis.
